Intrapreneurship can be defined as a system that allows the worker of a company to behave as an entrepreneur in that organization. An intrapreneur is an employee who gets the authority to create any product and without worrying about the income that this the product will receive or not (What is intrapreneur (intrapreneurship)?, 2013).
